Concerts at St. Peter's

A birthday tribute concert marking the 300th anniversary of the piano successfully kicked off the 2009 - 2010 Concerts at St. Peter's season. The "I Love a Piano" concert was presented by seven fabulous pianists and was enjoyed by a large audience on Sunday, October 4.

A St. Peter's Advent tradition will continue with presentation of the 19th annual Messiah Sing-Along at 7:30 pm on Sunday, December 6, 2009. The Sing-Along will be presented by the St. Peter's Adult Choir, with soloists and chamber orchestra, conducted by Don Witman. Read more about the Messiah Sing-Along.

A concert by a guest ensemble, the Washington Saxophone Quartet, will begin the 2010 portion of the season. This concert will take place on Sunday, January 31, 2010, at 4:00 pm.

The final event of the 2009 - 2010 season will be a concert featuring the St. Peter's Handbells on Sunday, May 2, 2010, at 4:00 pm.

Admission to these Concerts at St. Peter's events is free. Donations at the door are gratefully accepted to help defray the costs of presenting Concerts at St. Peter's.
