Are you getting tired of winter, and ready for spring? Mark your calendars and plan to attend Songs to Chase the Winter Away, presented by Concerts at St. Peter's on Sunday, January 25 at 4:00 pm.
St. Peter's singers and friends will offer an eclectic and refreshing mix of songs from folk song and Broadway and Top 40, to art songs and opera arias. Kim Witman will provide piano accompaniment and commentary. In the spirit of last year's greatly enjoyed Sing Me a Love Song event, Songs to Chase the Winter Away has something for everyone. Spend a chilly Sunday afternoon in the warmth of friends, good music, and the promise of spring!
All are invited to attend Songs to Chase the Winter Away, as well as the reception following the concert. Admission is free (donations are gratefully accepted in support of Concerts at St. Peter's). For the convenience of families with young children, child care will be available during the concert.
